Harnessing the unique sound properties of the parabolic forms at Confluence Park, Pamela will present an interactive plan ceremony focusing on permaculture in Confluence Park around the San Antonio River followed by an hour-long Sound Bath, a.k.a. Sound Meditation. These Sonic Meditations provide a way in for deep vibrational healing of the mind, body and spirit using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, harp, Shruti, vocals and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment. **Guests can come 6-7pm to take part in the ceremony and at 7-8pm for the Sound Meditation portion to the evening.  Choose your meditation spot anytime after 5:45.  Some mats and blankets provided.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blanket or chair to lie down on for the Teletextile Sound Bath.**
